ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately and cannot be canceled. If necessary, you may return the item once received by following our return guidelines below.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE WATCHES

Tate Whalun stands behind the quality of our timepieces with a 2-Year Global Warranty. For full warranty details, please refer to the warranty section on our website.

 

REFUND REQUESTS

Returns for refunds must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all contents included. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a full refund minus a $25 USD restocking fee per watch, which covers shipping and processing costs.
